Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasy, aka ā€œnose jobā€ or nasal reconstruction, is the most common procedure performed by Dr. Brennan. Her advanced training in both Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat) and Facial Plastic Surgery, combined with over 7 years of experience as the only Academic Facial Plastic Surgeon in New Mexico, has allowed her to tackle a variety of surgical challenges. She is arguably the most qualified surgeon in the state to perform your rhinoplasty, whether you have problems breathing through your nose, a desire to change the way your nose looks, or both.

Facelift

Dr. Brennan has advanced training in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Her experience reconstructing the face due to congenital and acquired deformities, and reanimating (restoring movement to) paralyzed faces gives Dr. Brennan a unique background in cosmetic facial surgery. This experience gives her an edge in her skills as well as her experience in things like ā€œfacial nerve monitoringā€ which nearly eliminates your risk of nerve injury during facelift and neck lift surgery (rhytidectomy). Other parts of the face are also commonly lifted, like the lips (lip lift, lip flip), eyelids (blepharoplasty), or brows (browlift).

Otoplasty

Otoplasty-ear shaping or ā€œpinningā€ā€”is a common procedure performed for adults and children who feel their protruding ears are drawing away attention from their face. Earring holes or earlobes that have been stretched too long can also be fixed with surgery.

ā€œI look like me again! Iā€™m so happy I decided to come in and see you.ā€
